The Bellflower Retinol 0.2% Cream works effectively to diminish fine lines and wrinkles, while maintaining a bright and revitalised complexion.
It reduces the visible signs of aging due to the following active ingredients:
Retinol (0.2%): Well known in the skincare community as the gold standard for anti-ageing, this ingredient has clinically demonstrated a significant reduction in the appearance of wrinkles. Its small molecule size allows it to penetrate deep into the inner layers of the dermis, where it works to increase collagen production, keeping the skin looking youthful. It also possesses gentle exfoliating properties.
Adenosine: A naturally occurring compound in the body. It reduces wrinkles by strengthening fibroblast proliferation in the dermal layer and promoting collagen synthesis. It also improves acne due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
Niacinamide: A derivative of Vitamin B3 that is well-known for its brightening and anti-ageing benefits. It is perfect for brightening pigmentation due to melasma (hormonal dark spots), sun spots or acne scars.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
At night, apply a pea-sized amount to the face and neck after the toner/serum step. Gently massage into the skin. Follow with your favourite moisturiser/sleeping mask.
Skin adaptation period: For the first 2 weeks, use this product on alternate nights, using half the recommended amount of cream and only to the areas of concern (not to the entire face). Continue with this cycle until no more discomfort is experienced. Reduce the frequency of application if redness and/or irritation occurs. Using a rich moisturiser before and/or after application of this retinol product can help to reduce irritation.
Following the adaptation period, use this product every alternate night using the recommended amount of cream (pea-sized amount). Can be used up to 5 nights per week if no irritation is experienced.
NOTE: Avoid use with Vitamin C or chemical exfoliant-containing products, as irritation may occur.
