We offer FREE standard Sendle shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $50 ($7.95 flat rate for all orders under $50 for Sendle delivery and $8.95 for AusPost standard delivery, which is required for PO Box, Parcel Collect and rural addresses; $3 for AusPost standard delivery for orders over $50) and $10.95 flat rate for express shipping ($5 for all order over $50).
We now ship to New Zealand for a flat rate standard shipping fee of $20 AUD (approximately 4-6 business days to arrive after despatch).
Our online store does not currently offer an option for international shipping to other countries.
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed and 1-8 days to arrive (standard shipping) and 1-3 days to arrive (express shipping). Shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Australian public holidays.
Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.
KBeauty Australia is not liable for a wrong address in the invoice. Please ensure the address is correct when confirming your order to avoid any inconvenience.
In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, KBeauty Australia will not be liable for any replacement or refund. The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. We recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during business hours from Monday to Friday. In the event that no one is present during delivery, the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point, and a collection card will be left for you.
If a parcel is returned to KBeauty Australia because it was unclaimed or if an incorrect or insufficient address was provided, the customer will be held responsible for the return and redelivery fee of $17.95. To avoid this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before the parcel is returned to our warehouse and inform us of your preferred action.
For all other returned parcels, a return and restocking charge of $17.95 will be deducted from the order refund. KBeauty Australia cannot be held responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels with incorrect or insufficient addresses provided during the order process. Additionally, KBeauty Australia cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels, except in cases where this occurs during transit. The status "delivered" indicates that the order has been successfully received.
If you wish to authorise leaving the parcel without a signature upon delivery, you can indicate this in the "order note" section during checkout. Please note that KBeauty Australia will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels if the tracking status shows as "delivered." Similarly, if you requested a Safe Drop or redirection for a parcel, KBeauty Australia will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels in such cases.
Please be aware that all orders are considered final and are sent directly to our warehouse team for processing. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to orders once they have been placed, as they may have already been processed at our warehouse. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details are accurate at the time of ordering.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note: We will not accept returns due to allergic reactions to products. You are responsible for reading all the ingredients lists prior to purchasing, which are provided under every product description. It is highly recommended that you perform a patch test prior to using a new skincare product for the first time. This can be done by placing a small amount of the product onto the skin of the inner elbow and observing for any skin irritation after 24 hours have passed. If there is no noticeable irritation, then place a small amount onto the skin under the ear and observe again after 24 hours. If no reaction is seen after both patch tests then proceed to using the product on the face. Always introduce one new product at a time into your skincare regime, so that if any adverse effects occur, you can easily pinpoint which product caused it.
