The Holika Holika Devil's Plumper comes in 2 types: a matte lip primer (#01 Hellgate Matte Primer) and a glossy topper (#02 Hellgate Glowy Topper). Both products result in seductive and volumised lips! This is because of the Maxi-Volume Filling Complex, which creates plump lips. In addition, argan, avocado and almond oils provide instant moisture.
The matte lip primer is designed to improve the longevity of your lip makeup. The special Bonding Finish creates a soft film over the lips that stops lip products from fading and extends their life, while preventing colour transfer. The flat tip applicator allows for smooth and effortless application.
The glossy glow topper has a soft and flexible jelly-tip applicator that ensures hygienic application.
Note: As with other lip plumping products, the amount of tingling varies between individuals but typically lasts for 3-5 minutes or up to an hour.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
#01 Hellgate Matte Primer: Apply onto the lips and wait until completely dried before applying lip colour.
#02 Hellgate Glowy Topper: After applying your lip product of choice (or over bare lips), apply a generous layer of the gloss onto the lips.
