Shipping Costs
We offer free standard Sendle delivery Australia-wide on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, the following shipping rates apply:

$7.95 for standard Sendle delivery

$8.95 for Australia Post standard delivery (required for PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, and rural addresses)

$3.00 for Australia Post standard delivery on orders over $50

$10.95 flat rate for express shipping, or $5.00 for express shipping on orders over $50
International shipping is not currently available.
Delivery Method Selection
It is important to select the correct shipping method at checkout, particularly if your delivery address is a PO Box, Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect service, or a rural property. Sendle does not deliver to Australia Post-owned properties, and if Sendle is selected for such an address, KBeauty Australia will not be held responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost parcels.

Orders are not processed on weekends or on Australian public holidays.
Note: Delivery timeframes may be extended during sale periods, public holidays, or due to extreme weather events.
Authority to Leave (ATL) and Signature Policy
All deliveries are made with Authority to Leave (ATL) as the default option. This means parcels will be left in a safe location at the delivery address without requiring a signature, unless the delivery driver deems it unsafe to do so.

Signature on delivery is not available.

If a safe place is not found, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest collection point and a card will be left.
KBeauty Australia is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as “delivered” by the courier.
Address Accuracy and Redelivery Fees
KBeauty Australia is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check that all shipping information is accurate before confirming your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect, insufficient, or undeliverable address, a $17.95 return and redelivery feewill apply. For all other returned parcels, a $17.95 return and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Couriers may also charge an additional fee for address changes after an item has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours to receive the parcel, or where a safe ATL drop-off is possible.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are forwarded directly to our warehouse for fulfilment. As such, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your parcel arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us via sales@kbeautyaustralia.com.au within 1 business day of receiving the order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping cost.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 1 business day of receipt.
Refund Timeframe
Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of lodging your return. This estimate includes:

5–10 business days for your bank to finalise the refund

Patch Testing Advice
Before using any new skincare product, we strongly recommend conducting a patch test as follows:

Apply a small amount of the product to the skin on your inner elbow. Wait 24 hours.

If there is no irritation, apply a small amount behind the ear. Wait another 24 hours.

If no reaction occurs, you may proceed to use the product on your face.
To identify potential sensitivities, always introduce one new product at a time into your skincare routine.
