Shipping Policy

We supply products for personal consumer use only and do not support unauthorised resale or commercial redistribution.


Shipping Costs (Australia)

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $75.

Standard shipping is sent via the most suitable carrier for your delivery address (courier or Australia Post).


Orders Under $75

The following shipping rates apply:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95

  • Australia Post Express Shipping: $12.95


Orders Over $75

  • Free Standard Shipping

  • Australia Post Express Upgrade: +$6.00

Express shipping is the only option that guarantees dispatch via Australia Post Express Post.


Delivery Method Notes

  • Standard shipping may be sent via courier or Australia Post Parcel Post, depending on the delivery address.

  • PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect services, and Australia Post–owned addresses will always be shipped via Australia Post.

  • Courier services cannot deliver to Australia Post–owned addresses.

Carrier selection for standard shipping is managed by KBeauty Australia to ensure successful delivery.

International shipping is not currently available.


Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery timeframes (after dispatch):

  • Standard shipping: 1–8 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Orders are not processed on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Delivery timeframes may be extended during sale periods, public holidays, peak seasons, or due to weather events or carrier delays outside our control.


Authority to Leave (ATL) and Signature Policy

All deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) as the default option. Parcels may be left in a safe location without requiring a signature, unless the delivery driver determines it is unsafe to do so.

Signature on delivery is not available.

If a safe location cannot be identified, the parcel may be redirected to a nearby collection point and a notification card will be left.

KBeauty Australia is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier.


Address Accuracy and Redelivery Fees

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. KBeauty Australia is not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect, insufficient, or undeliverable address, a $17.95 return and redelivery fee will apply.

For all other returned parcels, a $17.95 return and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Couriers may also charge additional fees for address changes requested after dispatch.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours or where a safe Authority to Leave location is available.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are forwarded directly to our warehouse for fulfilment. As such, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

KBeauty Australia reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, without prior notice, if it appears to exceed normal retail purchasing thresholds or is suspected of resale, bulk purchasing, or commercial use.

Orders containing quantities above what would reasonably be considered personal use (generally more than 10 units of the same product) may be subject to review and cancellation at our discretion.


Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us at sales@kbeautyaustralia.com.au within 1 business day of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If a return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping cost.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 1 business day of receipt.


Refund Timeframe

Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of lodging a return, including:

  • 5–10 business days for return transit

  • 3–5 business days for return processing

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to finalise the refund

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and item details.

While we make every effort to ensure product information is accurate and up to date, ingredients, warnings, and usage directions may change without notice. Always refer to the product packaging for the most current information before use.


Patch Testing Advice

Before using any new skincare product, we recommend patch testing:

  1. Apply a small amount to the inner elbow and wait 24 hours.

  2. If no irritation occurs, apply a small amount behind the ear and wait another 24 hours.

  3. If no reaction occurs, the product may be used on the face.

Introduce only one new product at a time into your skincare routine to minimise the risk of irritation.
