How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Sydney warehouse. Standard shipping usually arrives within 2–8 business days depending on your location. Express shipping usually arrives within 1-3 business days. We use Australia Post and Couriers Please as our shipping partners.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery Australia-wide.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number and shipping updates.

My parcel says delivered but I can't find it.

Please check around your property, mailbox, or with neighbours first. If you still can't locate your parcel, contact us and we'll help investigate with the courier.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within Australia. International shipping isn't available at present.

Do you offer priority processing for urgent orders?

We don't currently offer a priority processing service. However, if you need your order urgently, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we can't guarantee expedited processing, we'll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests where possible.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we're currently an online-only retailer. All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, allowing us to deliver authentic Korean skincare, hair care and beauty products to customers nationwide.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

Can I exchange a product?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend placing a new order once your return is approved.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

We're so sorry! Contact us with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item, and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. All products sold by KBeauty Australia are 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorised Korean brands and distributors. We have been proudly supplying authentic Korean skincare, hair care and beauty products to customers across Australia since 2017.

We ship all orders directly from our Sydney warehouse, so you can shop with confidence knowing you're receiving authentic products.

Why has my product's packaging changed?

Many Korean brands regularly update their packaging while keeping the formula the same (or making minor improvements). If you receive packaging that looks different from the images on our website, rest assured your product is genuine. We update our product images as quickly as possible, but packaging may vary during manufacturer transitions.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

Popular products can sell out quickly. If an item is out of stock, click "Notify Me" on the product page to receive an email as soon as it's available again.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin. We recommend checking ingredient lists carefully and patch testing before use.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Cruelty-free status varies by brand. Please refer to individual product pages for the most accurate information.

How should I store my skincare products?

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain product quality and stability.

Can I use these products during pregnancy?

We recommend consulting your healthcare professional before using active skincare ingredients during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

What products help with acne-prone skin?

We recommend focusing on calming, non-comedogenic products that help manage oil production and strengthen the skin barrier. Azelaic acid is an ingredient that is considered to be the gold standard for clearing acne. Check out our collection here.

What ingredients help with pigmentation?

Ingredients like niacinamide, vitamin C, tranexamic acid, kojic acid, glutathione, and arbutin are commonly used to help brighten uneven skin tone. Check out our collection here.

What skincare is best for sensitive skin?

Gentle, fragrance-free, and barrier-supporting products with calming ingredients like centella asiatica and ceramides are ideal. Check out our collection here.

How can I repair a damaged skin barrier?

Focus on hydration and barrier-repair ingredients such as ceramides, panthenol, and hyaluronic acid while avoiding harsh exfoliants temporarily.

Routine Help

What order should I apply my skincare products?

A general routine order is: Cleanser → Toner → Serum/Ampoule → Moisturiser → Sunscreen (morning only). The general rule of layering is from thinnest texture to thickest.

Can I mix retinol with vitamin C?

Some people may experience irritation when combining active ingredients. If you're new to actives, we recommend alternating usage or introducing products slowly.

How long does it take to see results?

Most skincare products require consistent use for at least 4–8 weeks before visible improvements appear.

Do I need sunscreen every day?

Yes — daily sunscreen use is essential to help protect the skin from UV damage and prevent premature ageing.

How do I earn loyalty points?

Can I combine discount codes?

Only one discount code can typically be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Why isn't my welcome discount code working?

Our welcome discount code applies to full-priced items only and excludes products that are already on sale or participating in other promotions. Only eligible full-priced items in your cart will receive the discount.
